Xenical (orlistat) is usually prescribed to people suffering from obesity that did not respond to other methods of treatment. Xenical works by preventing certain amounts of fat from being absorbed by your body. Taking Xenical involves carefully counting your calories, as well as considering the source you get them from. Xenical may affect the absorption of these vitamins which will result in the nursing infant not getting enough of them.
